Bid Capacity
☞ The bidding capacity should be equal to or more than NRs 2,20,00,000.
Cash Flow
☞ The Bidder must demonstrate access to financial resources to meet a cash-flow requirement of NRs 68,75,000.
Experience Criteria
Similar Projects
☞ One contract of similar size and nature with a value of at least NRs 1,10,00,000, completed or substantially completed within the last 10 years as prime contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor.
Key Activities
☞ M20 PCC for RCC works: minimum 7,643 cft per year in any one year within the last 10 years.
☞ Reinforcement bar: minimum 32,854 kg per year in any one year within the last 10 years.
