☞ One contract with a minimum value of NRs 6,10,00,000, completed or substantially completed within the last 10 years as prime contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor.
Key Activities / Production Rates
☞ Interior Furnishing and finishing and civil work of Commercial/Public Office Buildings project: minimum 2,500 Sq. meter.
☞ AV system work of Commercial/Public Office space: minimum 50 sqm or for 30 persons.
