Bid Capacity
☞ Bidding capacity must be equal to or more than NRs 10,64,17,000.
Cash Flow
☞ Bidder must demonstrate access to financial resources of NRs 1,66,28,000 to meet cash-flow requirement.

☞ One contract for the construction of an RCC Framed Structure Building with a value of at least NRs 7,98,13,000, in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor, for at least the last 3 years prior to the application submission deadline.
Key Activities
☞ R.C.C. Works of M25 (1:1:2) or above: minimum 574 Cum per year.
☞ Reinforcement Works: minimum 126 MT per year.
