☞ Minimum average annual construction turnover of NRs 29000000 based on best 3 years within last 10 fiscal years.
Cash Flow
☞ The Bidder must demonstrate access to financial resources to meet the cash-flow requirement.
Bid Capacity
☞ The bidding capacity of the bidder should be equal to or more than the Engineer’s Estimate (without VAT and Contingencies but including Provision Sum).
Experience Criteria
Similar Projects
☞ Participation as a Prime contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, within the last 10 years, in at least one (1) Contract with a value of at least NRs 15000000.
Key Activities
☞ PCC works of M20 (1:1.5:3) grade: minimum 6000 cft per year.
☞ Reinforcement bar (Fe 500): minimum 31000 kg per year.
☞ Brick Masonry works: minimum 5000 cft per year.
