Financial Criteria
Turnover
☞ Minimum average annual turnover of NRs 1,10,00,000 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within best three years out of last ten fiscal years.
Bid Capacity
☞ The bidding capacity of the bidder should be equal to or more than NRs 1,75,00,000.
Cash Flow
☞ The Bidder must demonstrate access to financial resources to meet the cash-flow requirement of NRs 1,10,00,000.
Experience Criteria
Similar Projects
☞ Participation as Prime contractor in at least one contract within the last ten years, with a value of at least NRs 90,00,000, that have been successfully or are substantially completed and are similar to the proposed works (ADSS Optical Fiber Cable Network Installation or maintenance).
Key Activities
☞ ADSS Cable Maintenance services as Service Provider: Minimum 1 year of experience in Maintenance Services of ADSS Optical Fiber Cable of at least 500 KM or Installation of 100 KM of ADSS Optical Fiber by the date of bid submission.
☞ Splice loss in each fiber in the joint shall be less than 0.2 dB at 1310 nm/1550 nm.
☞ The fiber loss shall be less than 0.2 dB per each splice.
